The basic booth construction cost (Non-Backlit Backdrop – Non-Backlit Reception) is included in the price.
Additional Construction Cost applies if the exhibitor selects any of the following upgrades:
*All booths at the event exclusively use the Multiplo One system by EVIN Intzoglou and have a height of 2.5 meters.
Booths in this category are provided free of charge with carpeting corresponding to their depth, one table, two chairs, one high stool, and an electricity supply.
Provisions:
- The sponsor’s logo will be featured on the event’s graphics (on the conference main website, the Sponsor section landing page, and the presentation – speech pages).
- They are entitled to invite eight (8) guests to attend the event in person.
- They are entitled to ten (10) invitations to attend the event via the LiveOn electronic platform.
- They are entitled to display one (1) roll up banner, maximum dimensions 0.85m x 2.00m, in the lobby of the hotel where the conference will be held.
- They are entitled to include up to (5 MB) of promotional material in the conference’s MyEventXPack (digital tote bag).
- They shall receive an extensive report of the event.
